In the year of 5050 a child was born. His name was Arden. When Arden was 11 years old he met a wizard named Warden. Warden went up to Arden and said, "You are going to grow up to be a great warrior for King Jouseph the third." He spoke in a weak voice and disappeared in thin air.

10 years later.....Arden was being chased by two men from a market because he stole some meat. He stopped running and sighed, "I think I lost them." He hid behind a tree and breathed as quietly as he could.

Arden heard the men whispering,"Where did that man go?" Arden waited a long time before he came out from behind the tree. He took a deep breath and slowly walked back to his cottage.

"Hmmmmmmm, what should I eat today? Maybe I should make pig tonight. Don't you think so, Flame?"

"Rour!"

"All right, all right, hang on".

Flame is a dog from the underworld. Arden was walking through the dark forest. "Wow! What's that?"

"Rrrrour"!

"I'd better get out of here." He took a deep breath and ran as fast as he could all the way back to his cottage. "Flame! Flame!" He heard his dog's claws click as he ran. "I saw a blood feasting creature with long, pointy fangs sticking in its jaws. Come Flame, let's go see what the creature is up to."

Arden and Flame were still walking through the forest. "There it is--The creature I saw 16 hours ago!" Arden and Flame chased it until sundown. Then Arden told Flame to sniff him down. Flame and Arden couldn't find it. "We need to find some shelter to rest in." They found a pitch black cave that was very quiet. They walked into the dark cave.

Bang, bang, Arden and Flame heard a rock fall off an edge of the cave. "Shhhhh! What was that?" Arden said in a very soft voice. Flame barked! "What is it Flame?"

Flame turned his head right and barked again. "Sick him boy!" Arden said. Flame started running after the creature. The beast looked behind itself and started running from Flame.

When Flame was at his full speed the creature turned his body around and jumped straight at Flame!" The creature slashed Flame open with his claws. Flame fell on a rock.

"Flame! No!" Arden shouted. Arden started running towards Flame as fast as he could.

Right before Arden got to Flame a bright light shined on Flame. When the light disappeared, Flame was bigger, stronger and could sense almost everything around him. Arden noticed that the creature was an ordinary claw reaper.

Arden got out his Demon sword and Flame showed his one-and-a-half foot long, sharp, ready-to-battle fangs. Suddenly two more claw reapers jumped out from behind the cave's huge rocks and stood beside the first claw reaper.

They all took their battle positions and charged at each other! Wack, slice, kick, bite. All the claw reapers were killed.

Arden put a claw-reaper on his shoulder and Flame put the biggest claw reaper on his back and he and Arden walked out of the cave and disappeared into the trees.

Arden and Flame lay down in front of a palm tree and put the dead claw reaper on the ground.

Arden went to go get some fire wood and Flame was browsing in the green, wet grass. After a while Arden got back from collecting fire wood.

"Flame, Flame wake up," Arden said. Arden kept saying it, but Flame would not answer him with his usual bark. Then Arden got irritated and shouted, "Flame wake up!" Finally Flame barely opened his eyes and barked. Arden told him to get medium-sized rocks and lay them all around the fire wood so the flames would not cause a forest fire.

Then they set up the wood so that the claw reaper could balance and cook for a while. After it was done cooking, they tore it apart and ate it piece by piece by piece. After they were done, Arden and Flame rested until the sun would rise again.

While it was still night, Arden woke up and sneaked out into the core of the forest. There was a castle a little way from where he was. Arden went back and woke up Flame. After Flame got up they traveled to the castle.

While Arden was walking he suddenly had a flashback and remembered that Warden told him he would be a great warrior for King Jouseph III.

"Who is King Jouseph?" he wondered. Suddenly an old man appeared in front of Arden. Then Arden realized it was Warden!

He told Arden who Jouseph was. Then Warden said, "But before you go to King Jouseph you must first fight Sin, the Demon Prince.

Flame came back to Arden with a fierce growl, "It is OK, Flame, this is Warden, the Mighty Wizard. He will be walking with us to the castle."

Flame had no idea what was going on. But he just went along with them.

Warden, Arden, and Flame were only 25 miles away from the castle. Suddenly a huge man popped out of the dry land. He had fire-colored skin, long bright yellow hair, red eyes, ragged and ripped pants, and was about 17 to 20 yards tall. Arden also noticed ancient markings on his back.

Arden wondered what it meant, but he took his sword out and demanded, "What is your name?"

The man answered him. "Let me introduce myself. My name is Sin."

"Sin!" Arden looked at Warden and remembered that he told him about Sin. He also remembered that he had to kill him. But how could he? It was almost impossible to do the huge job. But Arden took position and took a deep breath, and Sin took position too. Flame wanted to help but Warden was holding him back, because Warden could sense a power that nobody could imagine, and he could sense a great power inside Sin also.

The wizard got to a point where he thought the two warriors would be equally matched! He tried not to believe it. Warden just kept his mouth shut!

"You are very puny!" Sin teased. "I am going to kill you before this battle is over."

Suddenly they charged at each other! Slam! Blast! Kick! Slice! "How can this be? I am the prince of the underworld!" Sin yelled.

"For a prince you are pretty weak," Arden said in a non-worried voice. But when Arden was not looking Sin's markings on his back started glowing bright red.Then when Arden turned back, Sin made eye contact with Arden. Arden was shocked!

Sin picked Arden up with his dirty hands and squeezed Arden's torso until Arden got angry at Sin. Arden grabbed Sin's hand and made a portal between the underworld and the real world! Arden did a move he had never done before! "Sunlight slash!" The attack killed Sin and he fell into the portal.

Suddenly Arden closed his eyes and passed out. "Arden, Arden wake up."

Arden opened his eyes. "What, where am I?" he said.

"You are at the castle of the king," Warden said.

"But where is Flame?" Arden asked.

"He is somewhere around here." Arden went back to sleep and dreamed and dreamed and dreamed until he was a warrior of the king.

About five years later Arden had a son named Arden Jr. with his wife, Lily. Lily died ten years after they had Arden Jr., and Arden raised his son to be just like him.

Arden finally lived happily until the end of his days.
