Eligibility For & Accessing PAF Services
Eligibility For Assistance
Students who meet federal guidelines established for subsidized school lunches are eligible for services.
A school nurse, social worker, psychologist and/or respective program manager, reviews each request. Extenuating circumstances will be considered when reviewing requests.
Families receiving benefits from Medicaid or other third party payers are usually not eligible for medical related assistance from the PAF. They may be eligible for clothing and other services. Whenever possible, families are urged to share the costs of assistance.
Denver Public Schools Pupil Assistance Fund, Inc.(PAF) does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, physical or mental disability, in admission or access to, or treatment of its board members, staff and students served through this Fund.
